Fall Recipes! Better late then never, uh? :D

Menu: Chestnuts ('uncooked' and roasted), whole grain bread with chestnut jam, castagnaccio and chestnut flavoured macarons.

Fun fact: Castagnaccio is a typical Italian recipe, but I've never eaten it!
I wanted to cook it before making a miniature version (I'm a method miniaturist :nod: :D), but I just couldn't find chestnut flour anywhere.. long story short, I'm not sure if my reproduction is really faithful.
(Deviant genovesi, fatemi sapere!! :D)


Everything is handmade with polymer clay (Fimo Soft and Sculpey), paper, wood and acrylic paints, with the exception of the doily, the frying pan and the yellow vase in the background. :)

I use a digital Canon EOS450 with a standard 18-55mm Canon lens. Sometimes, althought quite rarely, I use an old Marumi Macro filter mounted on a 52mm lens (I don't own a macro lens) :D

Quite rarely, I mostly take "group" photos instead of single-item-macros, I don't like to 'crop things out' :D
