Most of you probably ignore this, since I never post this kind of works on dA, but I love paper crafting! As far as I remember, I've always loved to play around with paper - I love it so much that I made it my job (I own a shop and I mostly sell stationery and scrapbooking supplies).
"Who cares?" I hear you saying Ok, I'll go straight to the point: this month #ArtisanCraft's challenge is "Bookmarks" and, being A) a paper craft enthusiast and B) a bookworm, I couldn't help but jump in joy (well, not literally).
My attention was captured by this deviation and the tutorial linked in it. I love the idea of "corner" bookmarks made out of envelopes!
Of course, I gave the idea my own 'twist': instead of book-eating monsters, I went for summery kites flying through your book pages! (and that's where the name comes from. Book + kite = bookite!! I'm delirious. )
